What
is an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic book you can open and read by using your
computer. Once you have sent payment, an e-mail will be sent to
you containing the eBook you purchased. This e-mail will be sent
to your PayPal e-mail address.
How
do I read it?
You will need a PDF reader and, in some cases, Winzip to open the
email as I compress large files. Most people already have the programmes
on their computer but I you haven't they are easy to download at
Adobe.com and Winzip.com. Just choose the basic/trial free version.

have sent my payment using PayPal, but I have not received my eBook
in my e-mail.
If you have sent your payment via PayPal, your eBook will be delivered
within minutes after you make your payment! Occasionally, we may
experience system downtime and it make take up to 24 hours to deliver.
However, such instances are very rare.
What
can I do, besides wait for my eBook?
Try these tips:
-Make sure you check the From in the PayPal e-mail you used to pay.
The eBook is NOT sent to your eBay e-mail address. It is ONLY sent
to the PAYPAL e-mail address you used to pay for the eBook. Sometimes,
these two e-mail addresses are different. Make sure you are checking
the e-mail for your PayPal e-mail address.
-Check to see that your PayPal e-mail does not have any Junk or
SPAM filters that may be blocking incoming e-mails from unknown
senders. -Check your e-mail's Junk e-mail folder. Your e-mail may
have forwarded the e-mail containing your eBook to your Junk e-mail
folder without your knowledge.
-Make sure you check your e-mail Trash folder for recently deleted
e-mails. It may be possible you've deleted the e-mail containing
your eBook by accident.
If you have done all of the above and are still unable to locate
your eBook, please send us an e-mail using the Ask seller a question
link above. We will e-mail your eBook to you again immediately.
For verification purposes, please include the item number of what
you purchased and the PayPal e-mail address you used to pay.
We want you to get your eBook as quickly as possible. Things, unfortunately
happen. However, you want you - our customer - to be happy with

Can
you send my eBook to another e-mail address other than my PayPal
e-mail address?
Yes, definitely. But you MUST e-mail to let us know what you would
like for us to do. Use the Ask seller a question link above. Make
sure to include your valid e-mail address, the eBook(s) you purchased,
your eBay user id, and the item number(s) of the transaction(s)
Do
you offer any discounts if I buy multiple eBooks from you?
I'm sorry, but as a policy, we cannot give out discounts for multiple
